PPS Resident Services
The Department of Program and Property Services (PPS) provides a network of supportive services to families, seniors and youth residing within THA developments or receiving a housing choice voucher. Through multiple local, state and federal funding sources, programs aim to promote self-sufficiency and empowerment though strengthening educational supports, financial stability, health/wellness and community well-being.
