Housing Authority of the City of Tampa's 5th Annual Race to End Homelessness- Lives of Homeless Matter#

Bootcamp Run and 5K Run

Homelessness. Typically when one mentions homelessness the first image is probably someone standing on the road waiving a sign asking for money of which most think it will be used for drugs or alcohol; however, homelessness is much deeper and profound. Homelessness has affected the lives of youth, families, veterans, and the elderly. Homelessness is a result of an act and does not define the person. Homelessness can affect anyone because events happen to ordinary people. People lose jobs, divorce, disagree, run away from abuse, have the inability to pay rent, scammed out of their homes, etc. This list can go on and on.
