- June 1st Prepare draft Ad and submit to THA for public notice;
- June 5th THA to publish ad in newspaper and on THA website;
- June 3rd through June 12th – Continued Data Collection and Initial Drafting of Key Elements of the Application;
- June 12th – Submit Executive Summary of NSP 2 Application (prepared by Lambert Advisory), Strategy for Application (prepared by Lambert Advisory), and Consortium Agreement (prepared by Sterns Weaver) to City to be put on City Council Agenda;
- June 15th – Publish for City Council Agenda (executive summary and consortium agreement);
- June 15th – Publish to website the executive summary and consortium agreement;
- June 17th – THA Board of Commission Meeting;
- June 19th – Submit “Fill in Blank” Draft of Relevant Sections to THA/Bank of America CDC/City of Tampa for Review and Action;
- June 23rd-June 25th – Lambert in Tampa for Council Meetings and pre-meeting briefings as needed and determined by THA;
- June 25th – Tampa City Council Meeting;
- June 26th – Return of Filled in Blank Draft back to Lambert from THA/Bank of America CDC/City;
- June 29th – Deadline for Completion of All Required Forms and Attachments;
- July 3rd – Deadline for public comment;
- July 3rd – Lambert incorporate any public comment into the final draft before circulation;
- July 3rd – Lambert Submits Complete Draft for Review to Consortium;
- July 7 th – Return of Draft from Consortium with Comments to Lambert;
- July 10th Lambert circulates final complete draft to THA for final assembly;
- Week of July 12th – Lambert staff in Tampa as required to finalize document and assist THA in actual submission to HUD;
- July 14th - Mail Application to HUD;
- July 15th – THA Board of Commission Meeting;
- July 15th – Confirm delivery of Application;
- July 17th – Application Deadline.
