REMEMBER!!!
- Report all of your changes within ten (10) days.
- Click here for a change form. (print version)
- Pay your portion of rent on time.
- Keep your unit free from tenant-caused damages, or expect to pay for the damages
- Keep your utilities “ON” at a ALL times during your tenancy.
- Notify your landlord of any maintenance problems needing correction in your unit.
Transfers/Moves:
- Before you think of moving please refer to your lease for any special stipulations.
- Before you decide to move, make sure that you do not owe your landlord a balance for delinquent rent or for damages.
- If you decide to move, you need to provide your landlord with a written 30-60 day notice with a copy to the THA.
- For anything less then 30 day notice, you and your landlord need to complete a Mutual Recession (Click here) and return to the THA.
