Utility Allowance Factors:


Each particular unit’s utility allowance is based on bedroom size and unit type (i.e. duplex, single family home, etc). The amount reflects and is divided for heating, lighting, cooking, water, sewer and trash, as well as the energy source (whether it is electric, gas, etc.)

Currently, the water and sewer has been changed to reflect whether the source is from within the City of Tampa, outside the City of Tampa or within Hillsborough County. Please contact your water provider to make the correct determination.
