Beaming with pride, Jerome Ryans, President/CEO of the Tampa Housing Authority accepted the Award of Merit from the Tampa/Hillsborough County Planning Commission at its annual awards banquet last week. Maestros Restaurant at the Straz Center for Performing Arts was the venue for this annual event that drew participation from more than 300 guests.
“It is always a pleasure to be recognized for your accomplishments, said Jerome Ryans; we are extremely proud of our work at Moses White and are humbled that the project has received an Award of Merit from the Hillsborough County Planning Commission. This is a testament to the extraordinary efforts of our project managers, architects and everyone involved with this dynamic project”.
Moses White just recently received LEED Gold certification from the American Green Building Council for achieving an environmentally friendly property that provides energy and other cost savings measures to its residents.
