The Tampa Housing Authority was notified today that it has once again received the "High Performer" designation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This designation results from outstanding performance and operations under the Public Housing assessment System (PHAS). Additionally, it is the sixth consecutive "High Performer" designation received by the Tampa Housing Authority!
"This accomplishment illustrates the dedicated hard work and diligence of staff who consistently strive to provide extraordinary services to our residents. I am so proud of the attention they pay to details that earned recognition again this year," said President/CEO Jerome Ryans.
It is important to note that the overall score was 94/100. This score represents the following indicators:
- Capital Fund
There were no audit penalties. The total capital fund score (fund obligation + occupancy rate) yielded a perfect score of 10/10!
