Project Based Applications

The Tampa Housing Authority currently operates one Project Based/RAD waitlist as all waitlists were merged in the early part of the year 2020. You can locate access to the project based waitlist where you will find open applications for specific properties and bedroom sizes at the THA Online Portal.

You can also find the application by clicking on "Shortcuts" in the menu at the top of this page, then clicking on "Online Housing Application".
